one FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to the construction of stop-synchronizing devices for reversible gear mechanisms. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a stop-synchronizing device for reversible gear mechanisms, comprising a carriage mounted on a shaft with radial holes, a coupling sleeve placed in each hole of the carriage two balls acting on the spring balls and the spring separating element G1 However, when the carriage is axially moved, its external or internal ball or both can be squeezed out first from its locking position, either, which does not guarantee the required precise sequential control of the device and decreases its reliability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the locking synchronization device. The goal is achieved due to the fact that the radial holes of the carriage are made stepped, the step of larger diameter is facing the coupling, the balls have 2 different diameter, according to the steps of the holes, springs; made of different stiffness, the spring of greater stiffness is placed in a step of larger diameter, which is equal to the diameter of the spring separating element. The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed device. The device comprises a carriage 2 mounted on the shaft 1 with radial holes having two stages of a larger diameter 3 and a smaller diameter 4 and a coupling 5 with a hole 6. The carriage 2 is equipped with 5 conical sleeves 7 and 8, which are rigidly connected with it, and which have the ability to interact with rotating cones 9 and 10, are fixed on the gear wheels to be coupled. Holes in the carriage 2 0 are stepped, the larger-diameter stage 3 faces the coupling 5, and the smaller-diameter stage 4 to the shaft 1. Claims (1) [1] Claim 20 Lock-synchronizing device for reversing gear mechanisms ,. containing a carriage with radial holes mounted on the shaft, a coupling, two balls placed in each carriage hole, one of which is designed to interact with the shaft, and the other interacts with the coupling, acting on the spring balls and an element separating the springs, characterized in that, in order to improve the reliability of the device, the holes are made stepwise, the step of a larger diameter is facing the coupling, the balls have different diameters, respectively, steps tversty springs made of different stiffness greater than the stiffness spring is arranged in stages of larger diameter, which is equal to the diameter of the separating spring member.
